Payment Options

We are excited to provide our customers with three convenient payment options to choose from: (1) Level-Pay; (2) Pay-at-Delivery; and (3) Pay-at-Order. We want to make sure our customers have a hassle-free experience when dealing with us!


Level-Pay is a highly popular program that offers customers predictable propane expenses, making budgeting easier and more manageable.

Customers can easily enroll in the Level-Pay Plan at any time. Monthly payments are calculated based on estimated usage, Price-Cap Price, participation in the Price-Cap Price Protection Program, and spread out over twelve monthly installments.

While payments are determined by the Price-Cap Price, customers benefit from being charged the market price if it's lower at the time of delivery. Although not recommended, participants also have the flexibility to adjust the price under certain conditions, ensuring fairness and transparency.

Level-Pay participants can enjoy our Auto-Fill cash price, making fuel replenishment a breeze.

Other great features include mandatory Auto-Pay for convenience, Auto-Fill Delivery for peace of mind, limited deliveries based on available credit, and participation in the Price Cap Plan for certainty in winter heating costs.

Don't forget, an email address is required for invoices and statements, keeping you informed every step of the way.

If Auto-Pay is declined, no worries! Customers just need to provide an alternative payment method promptly to continue benefiting from the program.


Pay-at-Delivery is a convenient option that requires credit approval and is seamlessly processed through Auto-Pay using a credit card, debit card, or checking account.

Maintaining a FICO score of at least 700 and ensuring timely payments are key factors for this option, ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.


Pay-at-Order is the default payment option for our customers, offering flexibility and ease of use unless customers qualify for Pay-at-Delivery credit approval or choose to participate in the Level-Pay program.

For Pay-at-Order customers utilizing Auto-Fill, a pre-authorized or prepaid credit or debit card is typically required, ensuring a seamless payment process. Please note that payments generally cannot be made with check, cash, or eCheck for this option.

For Pay-at-Order customers using the Will-Call method, payment must be made with a debit or credit card at the time of order placement. Cash payments require immediate receipt, while check payments may delay delivery ticket generation by at least 5 business days.
