We are excited to provide our customers with three convenient payment options to choose from: (1) Level-Pay; (2) Pay-at-Delivery; and (3) Pay-at-Order. We want to make sure our customers have a hassle-free experience when dealing with us!
Level up with Level-Pay
Level-Pay, a very popular program, delivers consistent propane expenses to make your budgeting effortless and effective.
Quick, Easy Enrollment
Enrolling in Level-Pay Plan is quick, easy and can be done at any time. We determine your monthly payments by assessing your estimated annual propane usage, the Price-Cap Price, and the cost of participating in the Price-Cap Price Protection Program. Then we spread this cost over twelve monthly installments. The credit balance you accrue in your account covers your deliveries, service, price cap protection fees, and other charges as and when they arise.
Price Cap Protection
Your payments are based on the Price-Cap Price, but you only pay the market price for your propane if it happens to be lower at the time of delivery. You also have the option to alter your monthly payment, although we usually advise against it.
Includes Auto-Fill Perks
Level-Pay includes our peace of mind Auto-Fill delivery service. Auto-Fill perks include our Auto-Fill cash price, Auto-Pay on a day of the month you select for hassle-free payments.
Level-Pay isn't a form of credit, so deliveries will not exceed your account's credit balance.
If an Auto-Pay transaction fails, don't sweat it! You just need to promptly provide an alternative payment method to continue enjoying the benefits of the program.
Easy Payment with Pay-at-Delivery
Pay-at-Delivery is an easy payment option for which you need credit approval. We process it seamlessly using a credit or debit card you maintain on file. We typically process payments on the business day following your delivery.
You must maintain a minimum FICO score of 700 and make timely payments to qualify for this opton.
Hassle-free Pay-at-Order
Pay-at-Order is our default payment option.
If you are an Auto-Fill customer we pre-authorise or pre-pay the delivery using your credit or debit card. Kindly note that we generally don't accept check, cash, or eCheck payments for this method.
If you are a Will-Call customer, you pay for your delivery with a debit or credit card at the time you place an order. Cash payments must be made before a delivery ticket is issued, and check payments may delay delivery ticket generation by at least 5 business days.
