Christopher Caywood
Co-Owner and President
Chris, a third-generation co-owner since 1997, recently joined the family business following a diverse career in law, retail, pharmaceuticals, and higher education.
During his time as division president at Kaplan Higher Education (now Purdue Global) and DeVry Education Group (now Adtalem), Chris developed a passion for technology and business operations, particularly in online education delivery.
Chris also holds bachelor's, master's, and law degrees from the University of Michigan, as well as an MBA from the University of Chicago. Chris and his wife, married for 31 years, have three daughters and live in South Florida.

Moreover, with over 30 years of legal experience, including work with established national law firms in Phoenix and Chicago and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Mike has a wealth of legal expertise.

Operations Manager
Ashley has 7 years of experience and is our team's operations manager. She previously was a manager and trainer at CVS Pharmacy and Panera Bread.
Ashley graduated from John Glenn High School in Westland, Michigan where she studied cosmetology. Ashley resides in Cement City, Michigan with her fiance Sean and three children. She enjoys spending time with her family. Ashley is based in our Hudson Office.

Kandra Gates

Kandra joined our team a year ago following a long career in the healthcare industry, most recently with Fresenius Medical Care where she was a Patient Care Technician.
Kendra is a graduate of Homer High School and attended the University of Phoenix. She resides in Albion, Michigan with her fiance Cris and her three children. Kandra likes spending time with family, crafting and just enjoying life!. Kandra is based in our Albion Office.

Amy has more than 20 years of customer service experience, joining our team in 2022 from Pedcor Management.
Amy is a graduate of Coldwater High School and resides with her husband in Coldwater, Michigan. She enjoys spending time with her family. Amy is based in our newly opened Coldwater Office.

Josh Canfield
Driver and Service Technician
Josh has been part of our team since 2016, joining us from Scodeller Construction, where he was a manager and kettle operator responsible for training and managing employees working with hazardous materials used in road repair and construction.
Josh is a graduate of Western International High School in Detroit, Michigan. He and his wife Jessica reside in Albion, Michigan with their two young daughters. In his spare time Josh likes to ride his motorcycle. Josh is based at our Albion Plant.

Sean Hilts
Driver and Service Technician
Sean joined our team in 2021 from Slater Painting, where he was a crew leader responsible for training and managing employees for indoor and outdoor repair and finishing work, including drywalling and painting.
Sean is a graduate of Chelsea HIgh School in Chelsea, Michigan. He resides in Cement City, Michigan with his fiance Ashley and three children. In his spare time Sean enjoys hunting, fishing and going to the race track.

Jim joined our team in 2020 from Ferrellgas in Jackson, Michigan where he was a bobtail delivery driver.
Jim is a graduate of Quincy High School in Quincy, Michigan. He and his wife Donna reside in Marshall, Michigan with three dogs and a cat. In his spare time Jim enjoys hunting and playing softball.
