For your safety and information, please note the following:

*CURRENT CONDITIONS: Road conditions remain hazardous. Rain and freezing temperatures are expected this weekend, which will make travel even more hazardous. Do not travel unless absolutely necessary.

* OUR OFFICE IS OPEN: We will be open for regular business hours both Friday, January 10 and Saturday, January 11.

* WE ARE DELIVERING PROPANE: Our deliveries remain focused on customers who are dangerously low on propane. We also are making scheduled deliveries, but you may experience a delay because of road conditions. Thank you for your patience.

* YOU MAY EXPERIENCE A DELAY IN DELIVERY: We continue to monitor tank levels for all keep full customers. Because of the extreme wind and temperatures, we also urge you to monitor your keep full tank. Call us or email us immediately if your tank is at or below 15%.

* WILL CALL CUSTOMERS: Please continue to monitor your tank, even if you have a delivery scheduled. Notify us immediately by phone or at carrie@caywoodpropane.com if your tank is at or below 15%.

* PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ACCESS TO YOUR TANK IS CLEAR: For your safety and the safety of our drivers, please make sure that your driveway is clear and that there are no snow obstructions (e.g., snowplow piles) or hidden obstructions underneath the snow that block the pathway to your tank. A clear pathway insures that we can deliver the propane that you need; it also speeds up our delivery time so that we can get to other customers who also need deliveries during this unusually cold period.

We appreciate your business and the opportunity to serve you. Thank you for your patience.
